Shoe, meet the other foot
Officials discovered an elaborate surveillance system in security-sensitive areas of the Guam airport. Nobody knows how long the hidden fingernail-size cameras and listening devices have been there, or who was doing the snooping, or why. Customs and airport security people are investigating, as is the FBI since Guam is a US territory.
"I didn't even know the cameras existed," said Rick Blas, director of the Guam Customs and Quarantine Agency. "You wouldn't even think of it. I am just shocked."
